Deaf Awareness

Children from P4 to P7 took part in Deaf Awareness Training with Priscella and Mary-Clare from St. Joseph’s Centre for the Deaf. The children learnt about some of the challenges facing people with hearing difficulties and how we can include them. They also had the opportunity to practise signing the alphabet and to sign simple words and greetings....and songs!
